Hola amigos y amigas!
El próximo miércoles 22 de febrero tendrá lugar una nueva edición del Conversion Thursday Madrid. En esta ocasión queremos compartir experiencias y debatir sobre la influencia y el tráfico que aportant las Redes Sociales en los sitios web.
Para ello hemos invitado a varios expertos en la materia. Ellos son:
- Adrian Segovia (@asegovia), Director de Inteligencia de Mercado de Prisa Noticias
- Ramon Azofra (@ramonazofra), Fundador y director general de I-move, agencia digital que trabaja para clientes como BMW, PlayStation, Direct Seguros, L'Oreal o el Corte Inglés, entre otros.
- Jaime Valverde (@mitus82), Social Media Strategist en la consultoría de Social Media Marketing Territorio Creativo con más de 5 años de experiencia en consultoría de negocio y marketing.
- Pere Rovira (@pere_rovira), socio-director de Elisa Group en España, y su especialidad es la mejora de negocios online.
Planteamiento del tema
Es indiscutible que las redes sociales han ganado terreno y que desde 2005 representan una porción más grande en el quesito de fuentes de tráfico de la mayoría de sitios web. La inversión en marketing interactivo en redes sociales tiene una clara tendencia al alzay prueba de ellos es que los CEOs empiezan a tener cada vez más conciencia de que en las Redes Sociales se cuece algo importante, y que el estar posicionados en los SERP de Google ya no es la única de sus preocupaciones. Pero la cuestión es si realmente somos conscientes de qué puede aportarnos el Social Media como fuente de adquisición de tráfico. De hecho, hablamos habitualmente del tráfico proveniente de Redes Sociales de manera muy horizontal, aunque el tráfico de Facebook no tiene nada que ver con el proveniente de Linkedin, ni el tráfico en entornos de sectores B2C es comparable con el generado en sectores B2B.
Es habitual incluso, que se den casos paradójicos como este en donde aumentar la actividad en Redes Sociales ha disminuido las tasas de conversión. ¿Cuál es la explicación? ¿Qué papel tiene cada red? ¿Cómo medimos el éxito o fracaso de una estrategia? ¿Qué valor real aportan al canal de ventas?
